　　For a woman, it is not easy to have her own career. However, there is a woman, who has been a wonderful career woman for many years. To her, difficulties are challenges, innovations are courage, both of which have been supporting her to work far away from home. All of the incredible experience makes her what she is today: A beautiful woman, with unique charms and strong mind but bringing warmth to people around her.

　　智慧、知性、亲切、勇敢……我还有更多的词汇可以来形容坐在我面前的这个可爱的女人——黄美莲。她为了把先进的管理经验带到中国，只身一人从新加坡来到北京，并给北京带来了新加坡著名的酒店式服务公寓品牌——辉盛庭，如今，身为北京辉盛庭酒店公寓总经理的她，在短短的时间内，先后荣获亚太地区酒店业的三项大奖，《2009亚洲酒店金橄榄奖》、《2009 金桥奖 最佳酒店式服务公寓》以及《2009 金桥奖 最佳酒店总经理》，她成功地塑造了“高端专业”和“舒心似家”的品牌形象，并在酒店领域内独树一帜，得到了越来越多人的爱戴。她的勇敢、努力成就了许多人一生都无法实现的人生梦想。作为成功的酒店业职业女性，她不仅自信，更重要的是拥有难得的一番过于男子的豪迈气概，不退缩、不放弃，演绎着铿锵的人生传奇。

　　Wise, intellectual, kind, brave... I have more words for describing the woman sitting in front of me. Ng Bee Lian, came along to Beijing from Singapore, introduce Fraser, the well known brand of Serviced Apartment in Singapore to China. Now, as the General Manager of Fraser Residence CBD East Beijing, Ng Bee Lian has been awarded three important prizes of the hotel industry in Asia and Pacific area: 2009 Asia Hotel Golden Olive Awards, 2009 Golden Bridge Award: The Best Serviced Apartment, and 2009 Golden Bridge Award: the Best Hotel General Manager. She successfully built up a unique brand image of "elegant, professional, comfortable, and homelike". As a successful career woman in the hotel industry, she is confident, hardworking, brave and generous, never draws back, never give up, just for her life dream.
